Bonjour,
Reminder:
A few students need to bring permission forms for tomorrow's skating field trip. Also, if you have a helmet, please bring it.
A big thank--you to all students in advisory 43 for bringing in their Secret Santa gifts. It was a lot of fun to do the gift exchange today!
Library books need to be returned or renewed before the break.

Locker and desk clean-up. If you want to start bringing things home (e.g. gym strip, tupperware containers etc), bring a bag to school so you have something for transport.

Squash tomorrow afternoon...please bring appropriate clothing and footwear for the walk as well as for squash
SECRET SANTA EXCHANGE TOMORROW! If you have not already brought your gift, please make sure to bring it for tomorrow morning's gift exchange (value approximately 10$)
Skating on Wednesday. Please bring in permission form/money.

If you have things you want/need to take home from your desk or locker, start doing so early this week (e.g. lunch containers, extra shoes or clothing...)

Reminder that there is a band concert tomorrow (including choir) and Thursday morning (Advisory 43 performs Thursday morning and evening).
Scholastics Book Fair in the library starting today until the end of Thursday's band concert. You can shop on the band concert evenings.

Just a reminder that we have our field trip to Cinecenta at UVic tomorrow. We will be leaving at the beginning of recess. If you want to bring money for the concession that is fine. Calzones will be held in the office for when we get back to school.
Scholastics Book Fair this week. A booklet was sent home today regarding the fair.
Maths: Order of Operations test on Thursday...make sure to review!
Anglais: Good copies of descriptive sentences relating to winter or Christmas are due at the end of Thursday (most people are still working on these). If you need more than one block to finish, do some of the work at home.

Only two weeks left until the holidays after tomorrow and one week until report cards go home!!! We've almost made it!
Devoirs:
Maths: Please complete review of order of operations from today's class. We will go over the review and do another review class on Monday in preparation for next Thursday's quiz.
Anglais: Ensure that you have a draft of your descriptive sentence (winter/Christmas theme) to show me on Monday if you have not already shown me one. Work on precise verb choice as well as adjectives and adverbs that can be added to more fully describe the "who, what, when, where, why" of the sentence (not every "w" needs to be covered).
Sciences: review lunar and solar eclipse
